Do I have to pay sales tax?

How much will my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you.
The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed at the final checkout. Unfortunately, we can not control customs or duties charges for orders shipped outside the US.
Do you ship internationally?
All orders for delivery outside the United States will be shipped using UPS Express service (cost is approximately $15 to $36, regardless of the number of items ordered). The delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 days.
For some shipments delivered outside the United States, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can not be re-imbursed.
International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.
What if I need to return my order?
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15
days of receiving. We can not accept returns on engraved items, unless there is a product defect or engraving error. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our
error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.(This is the paperwork that comes with your order). After a return has been
received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card,
refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund
check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post
for your protection.
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically
(domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items
to confirm the balance of your order.
What if I made a mistake and need to change my shipping address?
If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be no trouble at all. You can call our toll free number at 1-877-283-3565. If your order already has shipped, we can contact UPS on your behalf to make the address correction. Please note that there can be additional delays in delivery as well as a UPS-enforced $10.00 charge.
