Cufflinks originally came accompanied by a note that read, "Enclosed is your selected memento of April 27th Congressional Medal of Honor Society Patriots Awards Dinner symbolizing the American Revolution Bicentennial Celebration." The congressional Medal of Honor Society developed an award to honor patriotism in non-military Americans and named the Award for Excellence in Entertainment after Bob Hope. **The note is not included in the sale of the cufflinks.

We ship to over 35 countries worldwide. All orders for delivery outside the United States will be shipped using UPS Express service or USPS Global Priority mail (cost is approximately $15 to $36, regardless of the number of items ordered).
